About Me

I'm a learning designer and facilitator who builds custom curriculum, trainings, and visual learning materials for non-profits, organizations, school districts, and community groups, grounded in transformative learning theory, rhizomatic learning, trauma-informed pedagogy, culturally sustaining practice, and embodiment. My work helps people set and reach learning goals they can carry into the rest of their lives.

Over the past decade, I've designed curriculum for school districts and organizations, facilitated countless trainings, and coordinated multilingual community forums, tailoring each one to the specific needs of the community it served.

I'm also the author of my forthcoming children's book, Every Life is Sacred, an exploration of the scientific and spiritual teachings of nature and a gentle guide for children to move through the world with curiosity, reverence for our human and non-human family, and humility in understanding that there is no hierarchy to existence, only so much to learn from every being about how we can live most fully.

My roots stem back to Venezuela, where I was born, but Florida has been home for most of my life, and it's where I currently reside. In my free time, I love spending time at the beach, learning about ecology, dancing, reading, trying new vegan recipes, and gardening.
